Want to know what I’d do?Preparing Your Body for Pregnancy While Trying to Conceive ✨Thinking about starting a family? Here’s what I’d do to get my body ready for the journey of pregnancy:1️⃣ Stay Active: Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity each week. This boosts your overall fitness and mental health, setting a strong foundation for pregnancy.2️⃣ Strengthen Your Core: Focus on exercises that build a strong, functional core to support your body as your bump grows. This also aids in postnatal recovery.3️⃣ Daily Pelvic Floor Training: Develop a strong, functional pelvic floor to reduce the risk of incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction during and after pregnancy.4️⃣ Functional Movements: Prioritize movements that replicate the demands of pregnancy and parenting, like hip hinges for picking up children and squats to prepare for labor.5️⃣ Choose Happy Movement: Find activities that bring you joy.
