Frequently asked questions
Is The Bump Plan TTC safe to do whilst trying to conceive?
Yes, the Bump Plan TTC workouts combine moderate intensity cardiovascular training, Pilates and functional training which prepares the body for pregnancy whilst supporting your fertility journey. The plan has been created using the most recent research, and you will be asked to complete a full health questionnaire before progressing into the workouts themselves.
Can I use the Bump Plan TTC Trying to Conceive during IVF?
Often IVF specialists will advise patients on what they can and can’t do during IVF. Whilst we may not always agree with the strict exercise recommendations some clinicians give, we would still prefer you to liaise with your IVF consultant as to whether they are happy for you to take part in “moderate intensity physical activity and Pilates”. If they are happy for you to do so, so are we.
How many workouts do I get per week?
At each stage of the plan you will have access to 6 full length workouts (ranging from 30-45 minutes) and 3 mini routines (shorter pelvic floor, breathwork and mobility routines) plus educational tutorials. Your workouts will change every 2 weeks for the duration of your plan.
How long are the workouts?
Your main workouts are 30 minutes and 45 minutes long, however there are also shorter “mini” routines that are 5-10 minutes long.
What equipment do I need?
You will need a light to medium resistance band for most of the Bump Plan workouts. These can be purchased in our Bump Plan shop at any time.
Will my resistance band arrive in Bump Plan TTC branded packaging?
Your resistance band will arrive in a discrete non-branded envelope, with no mention of The Bump Plan at all. That way you can be safe in the knowledge that only those you choose to tell, will know you are on this journey.
How much is The Bump Plan?
The Bump Plan is $45 per month should you wish to pay monthly (you can cancel this at any time), $240 ($40 per month) if you buy a 6-month membership, and $300 ($25 per month) if you buy the 12-month membership.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you are on the monthly membership you can cancel your subscription at any time via the ‘Account’ area of The Bump Plan. If you are on the 6 month, or 12 month memberships, these cannot be cancelled and refunded early (except with the below exception).
You are eligible for a refund if you cancel your Subscription within 14 days from the date of transaction, provided that you have not accessed or started downloading any online content and have kept any physical items we have sent you in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.
In order to receive your refund you must please return any physical items we have sent you as part of your Subscription at your own cost. Please email us for the address to return the starter pack to.
When I get pregnant how do I move to The Bump Plan Pregnancy
This couldn’t be easier. As soon as you’re pregnant you just need to let us know over on your account and we’ll automatically move you, at no extra cost, over to The Bump Plan Pregnancy so we can continue to support you throughout your pregnancy.
