👀 Abdominal what!? Sounds a bit odd doesn’t i 👀 Abdominal what!? Sounds a bit odd doesn’t it, but abdominal hollowing is really just a strange name for an exercise that encourages us to activate and contract our Transverse Abdominis muscle, and it’s such a great exercise during, and after pregnancy.  🤷🏼‍♀️ Why is the Transverse muscle so awesome? Firstly, it’s one of your main stabilisers for the pelvis and lower back – seriously helpful for supporting a growing bump!
