My name is Sheryl, and I’m the Healing Birth Doula.
My traumatic birth in 2014 set me on the road to here.

After a period of trying to help everyone in the World, trying to prevent Perinatal Trauma altogether and feeling the weight of that self-imposed responsibility, I changed direction and now I specialise in supporting those on their healing birth journey through their pregnancy and into the postnatal period.
I’ve embraced all that I am, and all that I am not, and I want to help you get there too.
