This 30-minute workout is ideal for those from 34 weeks onwards who want to help their baby move into the optimal birth position, alleviate common aches and pains, and prepare their body for labour. Focused on gentle movements and alignment, this session supports a more comfortable pregnancy and smoother delivery. Progressions and regressions are provided to match your ability.
