Strengthening your body helps with posture, stability, and preparing for the physical demands of labour and early motherhood. Suitable for all fitness levels, with progressions and regressions provided to meet your needs.

Benefits:

  • Builds full-body strength to support your growing bump.
  • Improves posture, stability, and core engagement.
  • Prepares your body for labour and the physical demands of early motherhood.

Equipment: A light resistance band or light dumbbells are recommended, but alternatives will be provided if needed.

Post-Class: There will be time for questions after the session.
