This 45-minute Pilates-based strength session targets all the major muscle groups to support your pregnancy journey. Strengthening your body helps with posture, stability, and preparing for the physical demands of labour and early motherhood. Suitable for all fitness levels, with progressions and regressions provided to meet your needs.
