A targeted strength session focusing on glutes and hips — the muscles that help keep you feeling stable as pregnancy progresses. Strong glutes are often the missing piece when:
• hips feel achey
• pelvis feels unstable
• lower back feels like it’s doing too much
• walking/standing starts to feel heavier
What to expect
• activation work to “find” the glutes
• controlled strength moves to build stability
• pregnancy-safe modifications throughout
• a finish that leaves you feeling grounded rather than drained

Optional resistance band (nice to have, not required).
