A gentle, pregnancy-safe mobility session designed for the days when your body feels
stiff, tight, heavy, or just a bit “ugh”.
Mobility work in pregnancy isn’t about stretching harder — it’s about creating space,
easing tension, and helping your nervous system settle.
Focus areas;
• lower back and rib mobility
• hips and pelvis (where so many pregnancy niggles live)
• breath-led movement to reduce bracing and tension
• gentle opening through the chest and upper back
What you’ll get out of it:
• less stiffness
• easier breathing
• a calmer body and calmer brain
• improved comfort for walking, sitting, sleeping
Equipment:
Just a mat.
Optional:
Pillow/cushion or yoga block for support.
Perfect if you’re low on energy, achy, or want something that feels like relief.
