Bump Plan Clinic — Breast & Bottle Feeding Support (with Olivia Hinge)

0 Comments January 22, 2026

With Olivia Hinge, Midwife & IBCLC Lactation Consultant (Author: The Judgement- Free Guide to Feeding Your Baby)

This is a live, confidential, question-led clinic with Olivia Hinge, midwife and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Her work is famously practical and deeply non-judgemental — the goal is not to “do feeding perfectly”, it’s to feel calmer, more informed, and more supported.

What this clinic is (and isn’t):

• Not a webinar or “here’s the one right way” talk
• Not recorded
• Not pressure to breastfeed / bottle feed / combi feed any particular way
• Yes to a safe space where you can ask what you actually want to ask

This session can cover things like:

• breastfeeding: latch, pain, supply worries, cluster feeding, “am I doing it right?”
• bottle feeding and formula feeding: amounts, pacing, guilt, practicalities
• combi feeding: how to make it work without feeling pulled in 10 directions
• expressing/pumping: how to fit it into life, what’s realistic, common issues
• feeding challenges: unsettled feeds, sore nipples, “why is this so hard?”
What you’ll get from attending

You’ll leave with:

• clearer next steps (not 42 contradictory tips)
• reassurance on what’s normal vs what needs support
• judgement-free language you can use to advocate for yourself
• practical ideas that work in real homes, with real babies

Privacy & comfort
