Our hand-picked team of female, highly-qualified instructors are some of London’s most experienced fitness professionals. All of our instructors are both Reformer & Mat Pilates, and PT qualified.

Founder Hollie Grant has worked incredibly hard to ensure that no matter who you train with you will receive the same level of expertise and knowledge to assist, encourage, and support you throughout your time training with us.

To ensure that your personal training at Pilates PT is tailored, safe, and results-driven, we want to know as much as possible about your body, your background, your goals, and your motivations.

This is why every new personal training client will complete a 90-minute in-depth consultation with us, during which we will:

• Record crucial body statistics using the revolutionary InBody ‘Body Composition Scanner’
• Take your blood pressure
• Carry out a postural analysis
• Assess your injury background
• Get to know your goals, diet, and personal preferences

A totally private workout space

We want to make sure that you feel comfortable, unintimidated, and able to communicate in confidence with your instructor. This is why Pilates PT Fulham is a completely private studio, meaning that you will never share the studio with another client and have complete privacy with your instructor.

Whether you have never exercised before, you prefer privacy, you have low confidence, or you simply prefer to train in private, our studio offers a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which to exercise.

A supportive enviroment

Whilst we appreciate that you come to us to train, we also want to make sure that you not only enjoy yourself, but you feel supported, listened to and not judged. The Pilates PT team has been created with this in mind.

We will support you, refer you to our network of wellness professionals (if needed), and, most importantly we will not judge you or shame you and will certainly not encourage faddy diets or exercise regime’s. All abilities, ages, shapes, and sizes are welcome
at Pilates PT.

The Pilates PT Method™

Created by PT and Pilates expert Hollie Grant, our signature workout ‘The Pilates PT Method’ is an effective, results-led combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT), reformer Pilates, weight training and plyometrics.

HIIT is an effective way of lowering visceral body fat and reducing the risk of diabetes and heart disease, whilst Pilates boosts strength and flexibility.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates, created by Joseph Pilates, is an effective, safe and reliable workout that builds strength, improves posture, and increases flexibility.

Often advised by Physiotherapists, Reformer Pilates is carried out on a Reformer Pilates machine, comprising a moving carriage controlled by weighted springs and a pulley system.

At Pilates PT, following a postural analysis during your first session with us, we will work to reduce your muscle imbalances, help you move and feel better, and help you build a stronger, more flexible body.

Whether you are currently pregnant, recently gave birth, or have been advised by your doctor that you have post-natal fitness requirements, we have a team of pre & post-natal instructors that can help. Our all-female team have worked with countless pre &
post-natal clients, have heard everything, and can safely advise and train you throughout this changeable period.

Whether your goals are to have an active labour, reduce a diastesis recti issue or simply get your fitness back post labour we have the knowledge and team to assist.

Hollie Grant

Hollie Grant is an award winning STOTT Reformer and Mat Pilates Instructor, and Personal Trainer specialising in functional fitness, posture correction and strength and conditioning.

She is a huge advocate of the 'Strong not Skinny' message and believes exercise is the key to improved mental and physical health. Hollie has created a studio that is private, personal and friendly.

She is the creator of the much-hyped workout technique 'The Pilates PT Method' - An innovative, results-driven workout that combines HIIT, body-sculpting Reformer Pilates and metabolism boosting weight training.

As an ex-chef Hollie is against dieting and believes that a strong, functional, flexible body is the key to lifelong wellness.

With her down-to-earth personality and no-bullshit approach to training she has amassed a strong following. Hollie is a contributing fitness writer for Psychologies magazine and is a global brand ambassador for Sweaty Betty.

Hollie first became interested in Pilates when training for her hardest charity event to date. Running 7 marathons in 7 days, Hollie found that Pilates not only helped with her training but completely changed her body shape for the better.

After having worked with some of the best bodies in London through her demanding reformer Pilates classes and 1:1 sessions, and through detailed nutritional and exercise based research Hollie realised that through a combination of different fitness disciplines results could be gained far faster than by solely using one method of training. From this ‘The Pilates PT Method’ was born. Suitable for all abilities The Pilates PT Method is a great way to become your strongest, healthiest, happiest self.

Vanessa Ford

Vanessa Ford

Vanessa is our resident Physio and has trained in The Pilates PT Method under Hollie. Vanessa is a UK qualified Physical Therapist with a degree in Physical Education from her beautiful country of birth, New Zealand.

She holds qualifications from APPI and Balanced Body in Matwork, Pre & Post Natal and reformer Pilates.

Vanessa first discovered Pilates following a snowboarding accident which left her leg broken in 5 places and slightly heavier due to metal work! Vanessa found Pilates based exercises combined with traditional Physiotherapy techniques and principles enabled her to manage her injury and train effectively. She was soon back on the slopes, completed sub 4 Marathons in London and Rome along with many other cycling, triathlon and running events.

Lucy's inspiration and style comes from a love of Parkour, Pilates, Krav Maga, Bouldering and childhood influences of competitive disciplines (gymnastics, ice skating, skiing, trampolining and ballet).

Lucy loves functional movement and using your own body weight to keep you strong, healthy and ready for your everyday challenges.

Lucy is a NASM Level 3 Personal Trainer, STOTT qualified Pilates instructor, Pre and Post-Natal qualified instructor and holds qualifications in Holistic Body and Indian massage. She has completed her extensive training in The Pilates PT Method under Hollie.

Jess Boksteijn-Woods

Jess's love affair with reformer Pilates started after a physio recommended that she try it out. After a number of years practicing reformer and going to a mixture of HIIT, barre, kettlebells, yoga (amongst other!) classes, Jess realised that working in the fitness industry was a dream she wanted to pursue.

Jess is a qualified level 2 gym instructor, certified in level 3 Pilates matwork and equipment trained in reformer, cadillac, wunda chair and barrels. She is keen to help clients ensure that they are performing exercises with precision and control and enjoys helping clients to focus on these elements whilst working hard and having fun.

Chloe is passionate about functional training, fitness, health and feeling great. She is a professional Personal Trainer, Barre Instructor and a Polestar trained Pilates instructor. Having worked in the fitness industry for over 6 years she has a wealth of experience and combines her skills together to deliver fun, low impact but high energy and effective workouts with rapid results. She targets every muscle of the body during each workout and draws a lot of attention to technique and postural correction during her sessions ensuring her clients are safe.

It is her mission to transform you into a healthier, fitter and better version of you with the belief that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.

Whilst she is not training her clients, her time is spent running her hair and beauty business, clo&flo in the heart of South Kensington. A family business that she manages alongside her sister Flo.

Charlotte Debattista

A singer and dancer since the age of nine when her passion for music was ignited. Charlotte originally trained in Malta, where she is from, before moving to London to pursue a career in Musical Theatre. She completed her training at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts, and has since performed in venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and various theatres including the West End.

Charlotte’s dance background introduced her to the wonderful world of Pilates; having a passion for health and fitness, she trained with STOTT in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. She has a keen interest in Dynamic Pilates and helps clients work towards an equilibrium between stability, mobility and strength.

She loves teaching and providing individual attention to each client so they can get the most from their workout. Charlotte’s workout aims to articulate the spine, challenge the core and improve the client’s overall fitness. Pilates is intelligent exercise with profound results.
