Lucy’s inspiration and style comes from a love of Parkour, Pilates, Krav Maga, Bouldering and childhood influences of competitive disciplines (gymnastics, ice skating, skiing, trampolining and ballet).
Lucy loves functional movement and using your own body weight to keep you strong, healthy and ready for your everyday challenges.
Lucy is a NASM Level 3 Personal Trainer, STOTT qualified Pilates instructor, Pre and Post-Natal qualified instructor and holds qualifications in Holistic Body and Indian massage. She has completed her extensive training in The Pilates PT Method under Hollie.
