This energising 45-minute class combines moderate-intensity cardio with prenatal Pilates to give you a full-body workout that boosts your fitness and strength during pregnancy. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy, this session helps build stamina, improve posture, and support your growing bump. Progressions and regressions are provided to suit your individual needs.

Benefits:

  • Combines cardio and Pilates for a well-rounded workout.
  • Boosts stamina and strength, supporting your changing body.
  • Promotes better posture and overall stability during pregnancy.

Equipment: A light resistance band or light dumbbells are recommended, but alternatives will be provided if needed.

Post-Class: There will be time for questions after the session.
