If you’ve ever thought: “I love this… but where do I start?” — this is for you. This is a relaxed, supportive 30-minute onboarding session with Hollie, founder of The Bump Plan, designed to make the platform feel simple, usable, and supportive — not like another thing you have to be good at.

What we’ll cover
• where to start (based on your stage and your body)
• how to choose workouts that match your energy, symptoms, recovery, and goals
• how to adapt week-to-week (because life changes constantly)
• how to use the clinics and support so you feel held, not overwhelmed
• how to build consistency without perfection

Who it’s for
All trial members — TTC, Pregnancy, Postnatal, and Life — especially if:
• you feel unsure what’s “right” for you
• you’re worried about doing too much / too little
• you want clarity and a calmer plan for the week ahead

What you’ll get from attending

You’ll leave with:
• a clear starting point
• confidence in how to choose sessions
• permission to do this imperfectly
• a sense of “okay, I can actually make this work”
