Jess’s love affair with reformer Pilates started after a physio recommended that she try it out. After a number of years practicing reformer and going to a mixture of HIIT, barre, kettlebells, yoga (amongst other!) classes, Jess realised that working in the fitness industry was a dream she wanted to pursue.

Jess is a qualified level 2 gym instructor, certified in level 3 Pilates matwork and equipment trained in reformer, cadillac, wunda chair and barrels. She is keen to help clients ensure that they are performing exercises with precision and control and enjoys helping clients to focus on these elements whilst working hard and having fun.
